What is your returns policy?
DnKFashion offers 30 Day Satisfaction-Guaranteed Return Policy. You have 30 days from the day that you receive the package to return the merchandise for a full refund or exchange. For exchanges, we will charge/credit the price difference accordingly and ship the newly exchanged merchandise to you free of charge within the domestic US.

Here are the details of our policy:
We will credit you the full purchase price, any taxes, minus the original shipping charges. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For exchanges, we will charge/credit the price difference accordingly and ship the newly exchanged merchandise to you free of charge within the domestic US. International exchanges will incur standard international shipping fees.

All items must be in brand new condition with all hang tags attached and unmarked, with the original box and packaging. ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, DAMAGED, AND/OR ALTERED WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED. ITEMS WITH THE TAGS ALTERED OR REMOVED WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED. MERCHANDISE MARKED AS CLEARANCE ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED, ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE ITEMS.

Dnk fashion reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise or may ban a customer from completing future purchases, if it is determined that a customer has a history of abusing the returns policy. If the item that you ordered was already damaged or if there are any discrepancies, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will do our best to replace or repair the defective item as soon as possible. Any damage or discrepancies claimed after the 48 hours of receipt will be subject to our discretion.

How do I process my return and where do I send it?
You must arrange your return or exchange within the 30-day period specified above. Simply call our customer service number: 1.626.800.1001. Make sure to enclose the invoice and the return item(s) in a securely sealed box. It is strongly recommended to use a tracking mailing service as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
Dnkfashion cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages when the shipping-tracking system shows that the package was delivered. However in the event that your package was lost, we can help you file a claim with the Shipping Service Provider to report your lost shipment.

What if my item is damaged?
If the merchandise you received is damaged or defective, you have 48 hours from the receipt of your package to notify us.

Cancellation of placed order or refused parcels?
The cancellation on orders which are packaged or packaged/shipped will incur 30% restocking charge (plus round-trip shipping cost if the parcel is refused by customer). It will be automatically charged to your credit card used to place an order.
